The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The giveaway begins on August 9, 2026 and ends on August 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
Visit SharkToothTerri.com/win during the Entry Period and complete the official entry form with your first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, and optional mobile phone number. You must confirm you are 18 years of age or older and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) private Shark Tooth Terri shark tooth hunting adventure on Topsail Island, North Carolina for the winner and their group. Approximate retail value and group size are determined by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize may be redeemed beginning August 26, 2026 and must be redeemed by September 10, 2026. Redemption is subject to the Sponsor's availability and scheduling. Travel, lodging, and transportation to and from Topsail Island are not included unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received after the Entry Period closes. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within a reasonable time after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
